Galchic started with a single offset smoker and a obsession with getting brisket exactly right. Fourteen years later, we've catered everything from backyard birthdays to 2,000-person corporate festivals — but the philosophy hasn't changed.
Every piece of meat is sourced locally, seasoned simply, and given the time it deserves in the smoke. We don't rush it. We bring the whole operation to you: pits, crew, carving stations, and sides made from scratch.
